It is true...

You got people like me who are trying to stop being such a glutton and then you have people on the opposite extreme starving.

A Healing Reality: Our spirit always yearns for truth. Healing is promoted when we are willing to be elevated towards our spiritual nature.This blog is part of my healing process. I intend to share some of my thoughts and discoveries in hopes of not only helping myself but also as a friendly meeting place for others who are healing as well.
