I so enjoy jello however was appalled when I learned what gelatin consisted of !

So I am really excited to try Manjula's recipe for vegan jello :) I'm not vegan however, I really do try not to consume pork. Every once in awhile I will consume it, such as if I am a guest and it is offered to me but overall I steer clear of it.
