Today
Today was an out of the ordinary day for me.
Today I felt really special, valued and loved because someone close to me sent me an authentic coach purse and they filled it with girlie goodies like make-up, lotions etc.
It is absolutely adorable and I love it.
I have never had such an expensive purse before so it just makes me feel so loved!

Energy
It has been hard to learn this but through much trial and error I have learned it.
In order to be healthy you must pull your energy back from a situation when someone is not giving their energy in return.
Energy imbalance is no joke. If you are giving, giving, giving and they are not investing evenly as well then you will find yourself depleted quickly.
This does not mean that you have to pull back completely but just enough to make sure you are not doing yourself a disservice.
This applies to any energy exchange whether it be intimate, work, etc.
True Kentucky Girls :)
Sure, girls from New York, they are tough. And girls from Georgia, they are sweet. But those born and bred feisty Kentucky girls, they are the ones you have to look out for. We have sugar and fire in our blood. We can ride a horse, be a débutante, throw a left hook and tell you the entire UK line up all while making sweet tea. And if we have an opinion, you get to know it. We're both the pride and the downfall of the bluegrass...

Unbelievable
This is so weird but I have to document this!
Right now in this moment I am so happy!
What makes this weird is that there is nothing going in in my life that is making
me happy.
Truthfully I have every reason in the world not to be happy but yet here I am feeling happy.
I had just told a friend the other night that I don't even expect happiness anymore as I have accepted that it is something I will never be.
So I am quite puzzled in this moment why I am feeling something I thought was beyond my reach.
Life just keeps surprising me!
