Veggie Rolls

Truthfully my homemade ones were not as good as the ones from my favorite restaurant.
Mine had an entirely different taste than what I am used to but were still quite tasty.
Fresh, healthy ingredients :)
Final product... A little too brown and saltier than what I prefer. Also I used bella mushroom instead of shitake but next time will not.
Also not sure why but the egg roll dough I bought at the store seems thicker than the ones in the restaurant.
I can make about 40 or 50 veggie rolls from the  product I bought and I only spent about $20.
I can freeze them and heat them up when I get a craving and can't get to my favorite Thai restaurant.
