My Favorite New Lunch

Never liked brussel sprouts but today at the farmer's market they just looked so tasty so I thought, "Why not"?
Per the advice of the lady working there I sautéed them in olive oil, sea salt and pepper.  I also added my own little twist which is a sliver of butter and a couple of tablespoons of chicken broth.
Toe curling delicious, you really need to try!

                                                       I will be eating this more often!
